Agilent N6700 Series Power Supply Modules

Agilent N6752A DC Power Module

The Agilent N6752A is a high performance, autoranging power module that provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a very economical price, making it suitable to power the DUT or to provide power for ATE system resources such as fixture control.

This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing). GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI Class C compliance are standard. Select from more than 20 different DC power modules, ranging in capability from basic to high precision, and in power from 20 - 300 W.

N6700B Power System Mainframe
Holds 1 to 4 modules, 400 W total.

N6701A Power System Mainframe
Holds 1 to 4 modules, 600 W total.

N6702A Power System Mainframe
Holds 1 to 4 modules, 1200 W total.

N6708A Filler Panels (3)
Required if less than 4 modules in mainframe.

N6709A Rack Mount Kit		   Agilent N6700 Power Supplies

The LGA option stands for Large Gate Array. This option permits the N6752A module to have additional firmware capabilities that will not fit in the smaller, original gate array installed in modules without the LGA option. The LGA option comes standard at no additional cost on all N6752 modules.
