The software works with the U2722A/U2723A USB modular source measure unit to analyze discrete semiconductor without the user needing to write a single line of programming code.

Agilent PMM Pro controls the U2722A/U2723A USB modular source measure unit to take parametric measurements, such as voltage or current, of diodes, bipolar junction transistors and field effect transistors. The software then plots, displays and logs the results in the form of IV curve.
